Not satisfied with the product you ordered?

You can return purchased products within 30 days from delivery and we will gladly exchange it for a different size, a different product or for a full refund. It's only up to you. :) If you want a refund, don't forget to include your bank account number!

But beware, in order for us to accept the returned product, it has to be new, with all the tags and without any signs of being worn.

What to do?

Simply fill out the bottom part of the invoice and include it in the package that you're gonna send to us. For the best shipping address from your country, please contact us at info@woodmint.com - we will try to find a location within your country so that the shipping cost wouldn't be too high for you.

When and how do I get the refund?

We will refund your money onto your bank account. You will receive the refund within 10 business days from the day that we receive the package at our warehouse. You will be notified about that via e-mail.
